1911 Ferguson monoplane

plane_flyingWing span: 32 feet
Length: 26 feet
Engine size: 35 hp
No of cylinders: 8

I’m trying to collect as much info as I can about this plane. Feel free to help with the effort. Below is a collection of odd’s and end’s I found so far. The ‘Why??’ is written in the history books ;-)

I just found some pics of the replica in the Transport museum. No need to look at an Antoinette. This is a different plane, even though it is certainly based on the Antoinette. Even from these pictures you can see that a practical person designed it.

Project- WACO YMF-5

A few brave members are embarking on a big scale project. At present 3 WACO’s are being kitted, and should arrive soon.
Many regard this plane to be the pinnacle of the biplane aera.
